Sunday, July 29, 2007 - Mom's Birthday Purse

This is the purse I made for my mom for her birthday. I love the fabrics and I know she does too and she hasn't made herself a purse, so I know she'll use it. I know she wants one that is big for going to quilt shows. I made two difference sides which turned out well. It was really thick as I put pellon 70 in as well as the batting, so it made it stiff. I broke two needles and finally used a titanium which I bent! I finally changed the handles, so I didn't break any more needles.
