Amy & Joe's Wedding Present

Amy and Joe got married in Omaha in April 2006. Their colors were sage green and pink, so I made this wall hanging for them. It has their engagement picture, names, and wedding date on it. I will always remember their wedding because mom and I went on a quilt tour en route to the wedding and ended up hitting a total of 10 quilt shops on the trip. It was so much fun and I'm so glad I was able to make it to her wedding. She flew home for my wedding and was one of my personal attendants. We've been friends since the day I was born and went to grade school and high school together. She's completing her residency in IN, so I don't get to see her very often.
