Threadwork Unraveled

The Wildflower tablerunner is done and at The Sewing Center as a sample for my Club Sandwiches class March 23rd. I'm actually a lot happier with how it turned out, now that I have the binding on it. It was a little too brown for me when I first got the top done, but the red really brightened it up.

Last night mom and I went shopping together. We haven't had a chance to do that in a long time, so it was lots of fun. I found lots of new clothes. Mom gave me a new book too. It's one I've wanted for a long time... Threadwork Unraveled by Sarah Ann Smith. I'm really looking forward to learning more about threads, since I have a bigger thread stash than I do fabric stash.
