Valentine's Wall Hanging

After the Super Bowl I quickly quilted up this wall hanging Sunday night. It's a very different color pink, so it was a bit of a challenge finding thread to go with it. I ended up with a blush colored King Tut and a light pink bottomline.
Last night I put the binding on it and did the hand sewing during the Bachelor, so it's completed and ready for hanging for the holiday. Only 5 days till my birthday!

Here's a close up of the quilting. I just did a meander on it. The top picture shows more closely what the true color of the wall hanging is.

I'm slowly working on the Valentine Tablerunner that Jen sent me. I have about 10 sewn together so far. I know I won't get it done for this year, but it gives me something to do when I'm on break or watching tv at home.

I love the wall hanging. I had to really dig to try and find my wall hanging from last year but it's up. I have all my hexi's sewn down around their outer edges and now I have to turn it into a table runner.

I really wish I would have gotten one of these panels. We didn't carry them.
